In a hybrid working model in Germany, we are actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow QA Engineer (f/m/x) to strengthen our team.
Our client, a leading development and promotional bank in Germany, drives economic growth through innovative financial services. To support their ongoing digital transformation, we are looking for an expert to enhance and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions.

This is you

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing;
  • Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies including functional, regression, and performance testing;
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework), Selenium, and/or Postman;
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD;
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript;
  • Proficiency in German (native or near-native) and Intermediate English.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting;
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.

This is your role

  • Plan, design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for ServiceNow applications, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements;
  • Execute both manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure the quality of ServiceNow solutions;
  • Document, track, and manage defects effectively, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution;
  • Provide support for regression testing efforts following ServiceNow updates, upgrades, or new implementations to maintain system stability;
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and testing procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.
