To facilitate this growth, we seek to appoint an accomplished Senior SFDC Administrator. Your mission? Transform our sales infrastructure into an exemplary system! As an essential member of the Revenue Operations team, you will develop innovative features, provide guidance to other Technical Operations staff and assist leadership in making architectural decisions. Missions You’ll architect and implement solutions within our sales ecosystem (SFDC, Chilipiper, Modjo, Aircall) using cutting-edge technologies (n8n, Hightouch, Gearset) to meet Sales and Customer Experience operational needs. As the guardian of our sales stack integrity, you provide expert guidance to fellow Tech Ops colleagues on solution design. Managing the deployment workflow through Gearset, you evaluate and validate other Tech Ops deliverables before production release. You’ll serve as the escalation point for resolving the most challenging internal support tickets, lending your expertise when complexity peaks. Your strategic input will be essential for critical decisions regarding SFDC architecture, technology selection, and product roadmapping, helping shape our technical direction. You’re a Great Match If You bring 5+ years of expertise in advanced SFDC Admin roles, complemented by experience across various sales tools.
