Description
Overview Nakupuna Prime is seeking a Senior SharePoint / Low Code Developer to support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) G6. This position supports DEVCOM’s digital transformation initiatives by developing, maintaining, and optimizing SharePoint and low-code solutions aligned with Command objectives. The Senior SharePoint / Low Code Developer will coordinate with Government stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts to design, implement, and sustain enterprise collaboration platforms and low-code solutions that improve operational efficiency and data governance. This position supports operations requiring access to classified systems and information. Responsibilities The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or on-premises environments, including sites, lists, libraries, content types, workflows, web parts, and permissions structures Design and develop low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) or equivalent platforms Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Support DEVCOM Data Governance initiatives through development of structured repositories, workflows, and reporting dashboards Provide architectural recommendations and technical analysis for SharePoint and low-code initiatives Ensure SharePoint sites, portals, and repositories comply with applicable DoD, Army, and cybersecurity policies Develop and maintain supporting documentation, including user guides, administrator guides, requirements tracking documentation, and technical implementation plans Conduct troubleshooting and performance optimization of SharePoint environments and low-code applications Provide help desk and desktop support to DEVCOM customers on SharePoint-related issues Facilitate synchronization meetings with DEVCOM customers regarding SharePoint requirements and solutions Conduct quarterly analysis of existing SharePoint solutions against new DoD/Army enterprise solutions to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Develop briefings and presentations for Government leadership on SharePoint and digital transformation initiatives Provide weekly activity reports detailing completed tasks and ongoing initiatives Align solutions with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and cybersecurity posture requirements Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The candidate must be technically proficient, self-directed, and capable of operating in a secure DoD enterprise environment. Advanced knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and administration Experience developing low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and governance Ability to design scalable workflows and automate business processes Experience implementing role-based access controls and managing permissions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work directly with senior Government stakeholders Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity compliance requirements and best practices preferred Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting development, implementation, and maintenance of low-code applications and/or SharePoint environments Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government IT environments preferred Experience supporting enterprise-level collaboration platforms and governance initiatives preferred Certification Requirements: Either CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8570/8140 compliant), Microsoft PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) is preferred Additional Microsoft or cloud-related certifications preferred Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance. Work Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland (Onsite or Remote support as authorized by the Government) Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer.
