Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint Software Developer to join a long-term, impactful project in the public sector. You will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-level software systems, leading technical teams, and contributing to every stage of the development lifecycle. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel if needed, and it requires a valid EU citizenship due to the nature of the project. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable SharePoint-based enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into functional technical solutions using .NET and Angular. Lead development teams and contribute to setting software development standards. Optimize software for performance, security, and maintainability. Estimate effort and timelines for development tasks. Manage configuration and release activities. Produce comprehensive documentation and contribute to requirements analysis and testing. Prototype and test solutions while supporting second and third-line support operations. Implement best practices in quality assurance, change management, and deployment processes. EU citizenship is mandatory. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an ICT-related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant IT professional experience. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or project. Certification in advanced software development or equivalent (e.g. Microsoft, .NET). Proficiency in designing and developing the data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer. Strong experience in UML application design and technical documentation. Hands-on experience in Angular and .NET (minimum 5 years). Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint-based system development. Practical knowledge of designing ICT systems related to knowledge management, workflows, digital collaboration, and document handling. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level). Experience working in Scrum development environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose technical solutions for business needs.
