As we continue to grow and take on exciting new infrastructure projects, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior SHE Advisor to help us uphold and elevate our SHE standards across the business.

You’re a confident communicator and a natural influencer, with a genuine passion for health, safety, and the environment. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working across multiple sites, engaging with teams at all levels to drive continuous improvement.

YOU’LL BRING… (YOUR WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
• Membership of IOSH (GradIOSH or CMIOSH preferred)
• Proven experience in a SHE role within the civil engineering or rail sector
• Strong knowledge of UK SHE legislation and industry best practices
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to lead by example

As a Senior SHE Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our safety-first culture across a range of civil engineering and rail infrastructure projects. You’ll provide expert guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with SHE legislation and best practices. From conducting site inspections and audits to delivering training and promoting behavioural safety, your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing of our people and the success of our projects.
