You'll support and develop team members, help guests with any needs, and ensureexcellent service while guiding the team to meet performance goals. Lead 5-minute pre-shift huddles to align the team with daily objectives and priorities. Set the standard by fostering a positive, engaging environment for both team members andguests. Collaborate with management to identify strengths, address concerns, and support teamdevelopment. Drive financial success by managing revenue, labor costs, and encouraging upselling efforts. Own the guest experience by proactively resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy. Support operational efficiency through inventory management across Food & Beverage, Bar,Concessions, and Arcade.
