JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, an innovative beauty brand and parent company behind several globally recognized product lines, is seeking a Senior Shopify Plus Engineer with deep back-end expertise and proven experience building and customizing eCommerce sites on Shopify Plus. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2C retail operations and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in both technical and business contexts.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 5+ years of Shopify Plus development

NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in beauty or direct-to-consumer retail sectors
• Familiarity with global eCommerce scaling and omnichannel sales

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus architecture and APIs
• Strong understanding of B2C retail sales dynamics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Liquid templating, GraphQL, and REST APIs
• Experience integrating third-party eCommerce tools and payment gateways
• Agile development experience
