DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Due to business growth, Monadelphous is seeking an experienced and motivated site-based Senior Shutdown Superintendent and Structural Integrity Superintendent to support Coastal & West Pilbara operations based in Cape Lambert. You will see yourself support a long-term program of works across Coastal Sites in the Pilbara leading a multi- disciplined rostered core crew and managing the weekly and quarterly shutdown activities.
This role is FIFO from Perth and will be on a 5:2/4:3 roster to support and being a bench strength to existing Project Manager Manager/Superintendent team.
