Job Description - Technical Development of Assembly and Interconnect Technology (AIT). - FE simulation and reliability analysis of new and improved technologies, processes and concepts regarding electrical/mechanical components and interconnects. - Simulation support for local and global product development projects and local plant. - Method development to further extend simulation capabilities or increase efficiency - Support data analytics, data mining and machine learning Qualifications - M.Sc. in Computational Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable studies - Experience in the field of FE Simulation (e.g. ANSYS) - Basic knowledge in area of data analytics, data mining, machine learning - Enthusiasm for innovative, technical questions and academic work. - Structured way of working and quality mindset.
