In this role, you will oversee customised SIPP and SSAS administration, acting as a technical support and mentor to our team, clients, and financial advisers. Your strong administrative skills and excellent communication will help maintain a professional and collaborative service environment.
As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service, manage new business processes, and ensure the accuracy of client data. Responsibilities include setting up bank accounts, managing pension benefits, overseeing fund investments, and ensuring fair outcomes in new business processing and ongoing servicing. You will also utilise your proficiency with IT systems, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Delta’s Platinum, and Report Pro, to build strong relationships with accountants, financial advisers, and regulatory bodies.
