• 8 to 12 years large-scale projects experience
• Have strong skills for projects, time and risk management, wide technical knowledge, and problem solving
• BIM 360, CAD , Microsoft office , sketchup, and primvarera
• Strong knowledge of UAE finishing materials and specifications ( interiors &exterior)
• Project Management: Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Design Implementation: Interpret and implement architectural designs on-site, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams, resolving design-related queries and challenges.
• Quality Control: Ensure all materials and workmanship meet quality standards and architectural specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, changes, and progress reports, and prepare necessary documentation for stakeholders.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
