QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with significant experience in offshore construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and execution in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of project management processes, including resource management, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven experience working in an offshore environment with a focus on site construction.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of project construction schedules for offshore projects.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Prepare and update detailed construction plans, ensuring that resource allocation and project timelines are optimized.
• Monitor progress and performance, identifying and mitigating any potential delays or issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth integration of construction activities with other project phases.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders on project status, changes, and any issues that arise.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site.
