Job Description Position Overview We are hiring for the position of Senior Site Engineer – Airside Works for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves supervising and managing on-site execution of airside infrastructure works, including runways, taxiways, aprons, and associated facilities, while ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage airside construction activities including runways, taxiways, aprons, shoulders, and drainage. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and airport authorities for site execution. Monitor project progress and support adherence to construction schedules. Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and compliance reviews. Ensure compliance with ICAO, DGCA, and airside safety regulations. Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to airside works. Ensure strict adherence to airside safety procedures, work permits, and operational constraints. Resolve site-related technical issues and support design clarifications. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and quality documentation. Support testing, commissioning, and handover of airside facilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in airside works such as runways, taxiways, and aprons. Strong knowledge of airside construction practices and safety requirements. Additional Information Experience on greenfield or brownfield airport projects. Familiarity with ICAO standards, DGCA CARs, and airside operational procedures. Strong coordination and site management skills.
