Senior Site Engineer – Villas Construction

Location: United Arab Emirates

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer with a proven background in villa construction projects to join our client's growing construction team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site activities from project commencement through completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site construction activities.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with the technical and engineering teams.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Support project handover activities and close-out documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer.
• Mandatory UAE construction experience.
• Strong experience delivering villa construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with leading construction contractors in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
