JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for project-related issues.
• Lead and manage junior engineers and site supervisors.
• Check and verify setting-out, levels, dimensions, and materials.
• Prepare site progress reports, inspection checklists, and daily records.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Solve technical issues and provide on-site solutions when required.
• Attend site meetings and report to Project Manager.
• Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and approvals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant site/construction experience.
• Good knowledge of structural and architectural works.
• Familiar with construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
