Join us and let’s get started. Job Description We are hiring for the position of Senior Site Engineer – Airport Support Facilities for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. The Senior Site Engineer – Airport Support Facilities will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, and coordination of construction activities related to airport support infrastructure. This includes facilities such as terminal support buildings, utility plants, maintenance facilities, cargo support areas, landside infrastructure, and staff accommodations. The role involves ensuring that all site activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications, aviation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational quality standards. The Senior Site Engineer will coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities for airport support facility projects. Ensure execution of civil, structural, and associated works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project schedules and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality requirements, and aviation-related construction standards. Coordinate with design consultants, project managers, and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues and site constraints. Verify measurements, review contractor bills, and support quantity verification and cost control activities. Maintain proper documentation of site progress, inspections, material approvals, and work completion reports. Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at the construction site. Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage to ensure adherence to project specifications and prevent delays. Participate in progress review meetings and provide regular updates on site progress, risks, and mitigation actions. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed facilities to the client or operations team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and site management of large infrastructure or airport-related projects. Experience in executing airport support infrastructure, terminal support facilities, utilities, or landside infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site supervision, and quality control processes. Familiarity with project drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation. Working knowledge of safety regulations, construction standards, and relevant codes. Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation tools. Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams effectively. Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
