Description

The CSR Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Site/Project Manager to join a long established construction company who have picked up a new £7m educational project in Belfast.
Packages £55-65k plus package.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager and the Managing Director duties will include:

  • Ensuring that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
  • Day to day running of Site
  • Site compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety statutory and management system requirements
  • Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
  • Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
  • Delegating supervision tasks
  • Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Providing specialist technical leadership

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Projects valued £10M+
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Experience of leading a site team in planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
  • Site managers CSR card or equivalent
  • 3rd level training/degree in a construction related course or a qualified trade background with relevant experience.
  • IT and standard industry software skills
  • Full driving licence
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
  • Experience of managing and developing a site team and maintaining strong working relationships with everyone on site
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment
