The Role
This role is for a seasoned Site Manager—someone who treats every site like a flagship project and holds complete command over every detail. You’ll start by managing a single high-quality site, with the opportunity to step into a multi-site leadership role based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full on-site delivery of residential or commercial construction projects
• Oversee all subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and logistics
• Enforce rigorous Health & Safety and site compliance standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality to an elite standard
• Liaise directly with architects, consultants, clients, and the internal leadership team
• Maintain complete control of site reporting, scheduling, and workforce management
• Set the standard for professionalism and build discipline on every site you run

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction, with extensive site management responsibility
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, complex builds under pressure
• Strong leadership presence — respected by trades, trusted by directors, and capable of driving performance
• Exceptional communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
• Deep understanding of UK building regulations, site compliance, and H&S protocols
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (mandatory)
• A mindset focused on delivery, ownership, and accountability — no micromanagement needed

What We Offer

• Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 depending on experience
