EDUCATION

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. An advanced degree is preferred
  • Supply Chain certifications (APICS / IBF) and Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications are desirable
Responsibilities
  • Material Availability & Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of materials and maintain efficient inventory health.
  • Operational Planning: Accountable for operational planning aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer needs and inventory objectives while facilitating efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Address material availability risks within established cross-functional teams.
  • Raw Material Allocation: Manage the distribution of raw materials across the network.
  • Replenishment Strategies: Define inventory decoupling points and devise replenishment strategies in close collaboration with operations, suppliers, and procurement teams.
  • Organizational Development: Cultivate an organization that fosters the growth of team capabilities and individual talents to navigate a dynamic business landscape.
  • Supplier Collaboration Accountability: Oversee the collaboration with suppliers and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process from a planning perspective.
  • Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation: Lead advancements in the continuous improvement and digital transformation of the Material Planning process
