You’ll be part of a forward-thinking backend team that supports our core products and services, working on our global product infrastructure. Does this sound interesting to you? If so, TeamViewer wants to meet you.    Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure for our global SaaS platform  Collaborate with engineering leaders to define and implement SRE strategies in a cloud-native environment  Develop and refine monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to ensure 24x7 service reliability  Continuously improve infrastructure through automation using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Argo CD, and Bicep  Participate in on-call rotations, responding to incidents and ensuring rapid resolution of operational issues  Drive innovation by identifying reliability risks and proactively addressing them  Support the transition to a fully cloud-native platform    Requirements A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience  A proven track of long term experience in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles  Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP are also valuable)  Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Argo CD, SaltStack)  Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell and bash)  Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgresDB, MS SQL, MySQL, Cassandra) is a plus but not mandatory  Knowledge of microservice environments, network, and security (infrastructure hardening)  A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit  Fluency in English; German is a plus but not mandatory    What we offer   Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus and company stocks, regular salary reviews Premiums for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewer Public transport friendly offices Option to lease an e-bike Special terms for local gyms Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts Regular Team events and company-wide celebrations Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches Hybrid and Flexible work time with up to 60% home office Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!   TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
