We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team working hybrid in Sydney.
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure that our platform is stable and responsive 24*7, and you will enhance current software solutions to make them more stable. Collecting data and generating actionable insights is what IAS does. The CRE team ensures that our data is provided promptly and accurately, meeting and beating customer’s expectations. On the CRE team, you’ll have the opportunity to address the complex challenges of scale that few companies have while using your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems’ reliability, availability, and performance.
• Implement and maintain automation tools for monitoring, deploying, and scaling applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal impact on the production environment.
• Participate in the design and architecture of systems to enhance scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Work closely with software engineers to promote and implement best practices regarding reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools, with a strong emphasis on expertise in Python.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents promptly.
• Continuously analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
