Job Description About your tasks: Build and maintain end-to-end observability with ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana. Own and improve CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD). Lead incident response and postmortems in a blameless culture. Automate operational workflows using Go, Python, or Bash. Lead technical presentations, workshops, and deep dives with engineering teams to promote SRE best practices. Qualifications About you: Fluent English as clear communication across teams is essential. Proven experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud automation. Expertise in observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred). Strong background in CI/CD and deployment automation. Excellent communication, leadership, and troubleshooting skills. A proactive mindset: you are someone who drives initiatives and enables teams through knowledge-sharing and vision.
