Join Team Purple. Join IFS. Job Description Support technical team in implementation and support and ensure alignment with organization strategic goals. Support automating repetitive tasks using automation tools that reduce manual efforts and increase overall efficiency and scalability in 365 environments. Assist with the creation and modification of all technical documentation/knowledge articles related to installation, configuration procedures, system documentation, and Standard Operation Manuals Drive continuous improvement initiatives to bolster the reliability of Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Defender Product. Review security state of the services and drive measures to mitigate security risks together with other team members. Provide technical solutions to complex Qualifications The ideal applicant should have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or more than 3+ years of experience in related field. At least 3 years of experience administering Microsoft O365 productivity suite(Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, OneDrive). Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Administration. Experience in Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, including data retention policies, labeling, and data loss prevention (DLP) for all M365 collaboration services including SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams. Good experience in Microsoft Defender and Intune device Management Strong problem-solving skills and interest in cloud computing and cyber security.
