As their business evolves, they are looking for a Site Supervisor to drive projects and lead crews across the North Island. Job Description Initially based in Waihi on a key project, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own day-to-day site operations and keep projects moving. You’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and make sure everything is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. What you’ll be doing: Leading site crews and setting the pace on-site Keeping projects on track, on budget, and up to standard Coordinating people, sites, and materials Interpreting plans and making sure the job is done right first time Building strong relationships with clients and the wider team Qualifications About You You’re a practical, experienced leader who enjoys being on-site and getting stuck in. What you bring: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in civil or utilities Experience with drilling, trenching, service relocations, pipe welding experience would be advantageous Strong focus on health & safety and quality delivery Confident reading plans and making decisions on the ground A hardworking, down-to-earth attitude with a good sense of humour Someone your team respects and enjoys working with Full drivers licence - willingness to travel to sites Additional Information Why Civtec Civtec are a straight-talking, non-hierarchical team that backs their people and gets things done.
