Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' a Site Supervisor to manage and oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and solid experience in construction supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily site operations and manage on-site teams effectively. - Ensure construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. - Monitor progress, quality, and budget compliance. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. - Prepare and submit regular site reports, including progress and risk updates. - Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays promptly. - Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. - Mentor and guide junior site staff. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - 4–8 years of solid experience in site supervision. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and site management tools.
