Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are now hiring a Senior Beauty Therapist to join our passionate and driven team.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic therapist who takes pride in delivering advanced skin treatments and high-end beauty services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional and dynamic salon environment and is committed to growing with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional facial and advanced skincare treatments (including Environ, DMK, SkinPen Microneedling, LED Therapy, Radiofrequency)
Perform a range of beauty treatments such as HD Brows, threading, waxing (including specialized waxing), shellac nails, BIAB, lash treatments, and spray tanning (additional skills are a plus)
Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service
Work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to salon culture
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in beauty therapy with a strong focus on facial and advanced skincare treatments
Fully qualified to CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC Level 3 (or equivalent)
Must be confident, self-motivated, professional, and approachable
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Flexible availability to work up to 5 days a week, including Saturdays
Experience with Phorest salon software (advantageous)
