Short Description: Looking for Senior or Lead Consultant on Customer Communication Management (CCM) domain with specialization on SmartCOMM CCM Product, SmartIQ and Java
Location: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane OR Anywhere in Australia
Salary Range: AUD 108,571- 119,893(Annual Gross)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SmartComm Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SmartComm, with the ability to lead and manage the development of highly personalized and targeted customer communications. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, coordinating with offshore teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Overall 8+ years of experience in IT and Consulting. Possess at least 5 years of experience in end to end CCM implementations primarily SmartCOMM CCM product. Added SmartIQ, Java experience is desirable
  • Have extensive knowledge of all module Quadient Suite and their implementation mechanisms.
  • Experience in Australia Financial and/Or Insurance Domain Desirable
  • Exposure to working in AGILE environment (SAFe Agile)
  • Relevant technical abilities including JIRA, Kanban, Confluence, and SQL
  • Work with project managers and leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product(s).
  • Participate in successful planning, design, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and implementation of a major legacy transformation
  • Provide guidance on CCM architecture, its environment setup, configurations etc liaison COE knowledge .
  • Elicit and analyze of requirements for data mapping, template layout design and post processing requirements, coming up with high level and detailed design for corresponding Quadient suite as per best practices
  • Design and Configure applications - migrate document generation and composition functionality from legacy systems to SmartCOMM Cloud.
  • Drive the delivery of project deliverable leveraging onsite and offshore technical teams.
  • Should be able to review and ensure quality matching Enterprise standards so product can be scalable for future needs
  • Should be able to coordinate multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SME, Client management and offshore SME in a Global delivery environment
