Mine comments, analyze data, and hunt for patterns across the Internet to inform creative opportunities. Represent community perspectives in campaign briefings, unlocking new creative opportunities. Drive internal alignment through storytelling, stakeholder education, and regular insight sharing across marketing and business stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, integrated marketing, or content development OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing social media programs, ideally for business to business or technology brands. 3+ years of experience managing social channels in a corporate or agency setting, with experience briefing creative and managing editorial calendars. Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 5+ years experience marketing to commercial and technical audiences Experience working with or on creative teams in a corporate or agency setting Strong command of social listening tools and insight gathering 5+ years experience storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, including experience communicating with senior executives. 5+ years experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
