Description

BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and work with Dr Rasha clinic PR company
  • Own relationships with talent & agents -Identifying right talent
  • Build a bold commerce strategy for Dr Rasha Skincare identifying top social sellers and aligning activation alongside key calendar moments driven by NPD and social gems
  • Build, lead and execute the annual brand plan, implement new plans while driving growth aligned with the overall brand strategy
  • Work with the director to ensure we have bespoke brand plans for our skincare products, to ensure acceleration and growth across our full portfolio
  • Collect and analyse product performance, consumer / market insights and competitor activities in order to make informed recommendations to management.
  • Scope and size new launches, ensuring the right price point for our product brand and aesthetic market while considering the P&L
  • Work closely with the digital marketing manager to ensure all PR and online opportunities are maximized
  • Day to day portfolio catalogue management: Managing artwork and creatives.
  • Planning, attending and presenting at internal & external meetings, such as retailer meetings and conference days to energise the audience behind our plans and vision

  • You have skills relating to influencer expertise, social content creation, filming and social platform expertise- such as reporting, new formats and managing talents
  • Passion for sharing socially relevant information
  • Ability to show evidence of working in a fast paced and demanding workplace
  • Excellent team player who loves collaborating and is willing to pitch in and support the wider team where required
  • Proficient at creating and maintaining an authentic brand voice across branded social. media platforms

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a social media/content creator role
  • Strong knowledge of the social media landscape and trends across aesthetics
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience of working with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat
  • Experience in content creation that generates leads and/or online bookings
  • Confidence to pitch ideas, think creatively and identify/solve problems
  • Running organic campaigns for offers/events
  • Experience in using Canva & Adobe Video Editing for content creation
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manager several tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in social media monitoring, reporting and analytics
  • Knowledgeable in aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers and laser therapies
  • Have a background in arts or a portfolio of previous artistic work
  • Experience in launching products - from sizing to market: with a 360 consumer-centric viewpoint
  • Digital orientation - to grow awareness and engagement online across multiple platforms

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Support marketing team with talent management for campaign shoots and social media

· Establish a strategic approach to social media content that aligns with the Dr Rasha Clinic brand but is adapted to the culture, trends and social platforms used

  • Create regular content and copy in brand voice across all platforms
  • Post across social media channels and implement social media strategy and plan
  • Analyse weekly and monthly the performance of each social media channel and report to the CEO, highlighting areas to develop the social media where possible.
  • Maintain an open dialogue with team members including doctors and practitioners to create relevant content.
  • Research and create lists of hashtags that will work with algorithms to improve brand awareness and discovery on social media platforms
  • Own social activation & content strategy in line with brand calendar
  • Inventing the big social idea & hook as part of the wider campaign and media plan
  • Identifying the right talent for campaigns (new faces & key VIP drivers) - creation of brand tribes
  • Create content for advocacy/social only campaigns & boosting best content on paid media
  • Driving performance of share of voice on social and reporting monthly
  • Regularly review and keep on top of social media trends and breaking news within the aesthetic industry that could affect brand identity or marketing
