Description
Lead End-to-End Creative Production Oversee the full lifecycle of creative asset production, from initial scoping and planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with campaign or project objectives and brand standards. Champion Craft: Maintain and advocate for the highest level of creative quality across all deliverables. Manage budgets for agency campaigns and / or internal studio projects, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within $1m+ scopes. Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders across different time zones ensuring that campaign and project goals, creative direction, and operational plans are understood and executed effectively. Architect and continuously improve cross-functional workflows that enable reusability, automation, and data-informed storytelling across teams and agencies. Implement systems and processes that drive operational efficiency and scalability. Develop, maintain, and evolve documentation, playbooks, and tooling systems to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and efficiency across all creative and production teams. Collaborate with strategy, analytics, creative intelligence, and other teams to translate insights, audience data, and performance signals into scalable creative architecture and actionable plans. Maintain and manage licensing, rights management, and related responsibilities.
