Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of client social media programs. This role works closely with the Account Managers and acts as a daily liaison between the agency and assigned clients. 2–4 years of experience in social media execution, preferably within an agency. Strong understanding of social media channels, analytics, and content formats. Excellent Arabic and English written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally. Responsibilities : Support the Senior Account Manager in executing social media strategies across multiple clients. Act as a day-to-day contact for clients regarding social media updates, deliverables, and coordination. Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.). Coordinate with creative, design, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets. Monitor channel performance, trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear analysis and optimization recommendations. Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
