We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Growth Lead to take full ownership of our social media presence. You’ll be responsible for growing our community, increasing brand awareness, and driving meaningful engagement across all platforms. Working with our Visual Content and Social Media Coordinator and reporting directly to the CMO, this role is central to shaping our brand voice, building social campaigns, and ensuring our sustainability message is amplified.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead strategy, content, and day-to-day management for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging, on-brand content that drives reach, saves, shares, and click-throughs
  • Develop and deliver a monthly content calendar aligned with the wider marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Identify opportunities for trend-based content, reactive moments, and seasonal campaigns
  • Create social-first assets in collaboration with our Visual Content and Social Media Coordinator as well as our Graphic Designer
  • Actively grow our follower base and increase reach through consistent posting, community management, and platform best practices
  • Track and report on performance using analytics tools, providing regular insights to inform future strategy
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and customers to amplify brand awareness and UGC
  • Test and optimise paid social ads to support content performance and campaign reach
  • Be the internal voice of social – championing channel performance and new platform opportunities
