Are you passionate about social media and digital content creation? Do you have the expertise to drive organic growth, engagement, and brand recognition?
As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and execution of content strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive organic engagement across all platforms. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leveraging your social media expertise.
You’ll drive content strategy to develop our reach and engagement for Guide Dogs across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. You’ll identify trends and opportunities to keep our brand ahead of the curve, leading a team to monitor and analyse performance data, refine strategies, and drive measurable growth. By developing and executing social media strategies aligned with Guide Dogs’ goals, you’ll foster a results-driven, innovative culture while ensuring alignment across organic, paid, and earned media to drive ROI.

No two people with sight loss are the same, and none of our people are either. So, we are proud to offer a range of person-centred benefits that can support each member of staff in ways that really mean something to them – and show them how much they mean to us. We offer a flexible benefits package, discounts and cashback scheme, a generous holiday allowance and matched contributory pension scheme to care for our people.
We value in-person collaboration with our teams and support hybrid working arrangements, so you have flexibility to work in a way that’s best for you with options to work from either our Reading or London office.
