We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to take our social media forward, developing a fresh, engaging and data driven approach across our channels. This is a full-time, permanent/fixed-term position based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although some degree of flexibility will be required according to workload, including some evening and weekend work. Options for flexible working, home working and part time will be considered.
The Senior Social Media Manager role is based within the fast-paced Audiences and Marketing department and works closely across Marketing, Media and Communications and the wider organisation. It requires a confident, creative communicator and leader who can build strong relationships production teams, creatives, actors and senior leaders and deliver timely, high-impact content, understanding its impact and championing it to others. The postholder must be responsive to trends, audience-focused, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure, while staying adaptable in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
