Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize local and global social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness. Coordinate with the global marketing team to localize and publish global content across local social media platforms. Work closely with designers to develop engaging static posts, videos, and other visual materials aligned with brand guidelines. Conduct regular competitor analysis and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation metrics; prepare monthly performance reports. Manage partnerships with local agencies and influencers to enhance visibility and campaign effectiveness. Support the execution and optimization of paid ads campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions. Assist in managing and growing the local Telegram community to strengthen user engagement. Identify and develop new social media channels suitable for the Malaysian market. Work closely with the local sales team to align marketing and community engagement efforts. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (preferably in financial or trading industries). Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Telegram, and other major social platforms. Experience in running or supporting paid ad campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Indonesian (Mandarin is a plus). Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or other social analytics tools. A creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global and local teams. Experience with social ads, influencer marketing or community management. Familiarity with the fintech industry.
