Responsibilities
  • Own and lead Blizzard’s local social media strategy and content calendar for ANZ & SEA.
  • Localise and originate content across platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube) that resonates with players and supports campaign objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day publishing of content, community interactions, and player engagement across Blizzard’s social channels.
  • Act as project lead on regional activations in collaboration with cross-functional partners (Marketing, PR, Influencer etc).
  • Brief and manage social agencies to support campaign execution and evergreen content.
  • Track, report, and analyse key social KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiment) and provide insights to optimise strategy.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, local cultural moments, and competitive landscape to inform content direction.
  • Act as an ambassador of Blizzard’s games and values — online and, when needed, at local community or promotional events.
