Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the content strategy and publishing roadmap for Blizzard’s UK and EMEA social channels.
  • Act as project lead or support across cross-functional activations (with Franchise, PR, Influencer, Legal stakeholders), ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • Originate and localise content based on player insights, with a strong editorial voice and creative flair.
  • Drive both planned and reactive content creation, including real-time newsroom-style publishing.
  • Collaborate with 1P and Xbox teams to amplify content and campaigns.
  • Provide broader EMEA social support and coverage as needed.
  • Monitor and report on sentiment and engagement metrics, using insights to optimise content and strategy.
  • Engage directly with players across owned and earned channels, delivering high-quality 1:1 and 1:many interactions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in gaming, pop culture, and digital media to inform content and engagement strategies.
  • Represent Blizzard at community events and act as a brand ambassador online and offline.
