Are you a social media guru ready to take your career to the next level? We’re searching for a passionate and innovative Senior Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team! This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week).

WHO YOU ARE: ‍‍

We’re seeking a highly motivated team player with:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms.
  • Expertise in social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A great team player who loves to work with various clients as well as partner agencies.
  • Fluent oral and written Finnish and English language skills.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies and plans for clients, and setting media KPIs.
  • Managing social media budgets effectively and efficiently.

  • Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including client services, creative agencies, and analytics teams.
  • Keeping up with social media trends and best practices.
  • Mentoring junior social media team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Participating in new business pitches.
