MEET OUR TEAM:

The Social Media team is responsible for managing the strategy and operations of Pega’s corporate social media channels, as well as managing the advocacy and social selling programs. We work closely with our Corporate Communications colleagues in the U.S. and UK to inform and influence staff on the company’s strategy, people, products, and culture.

• Manage the strategy for our corporate social media properties, including content creation, publishing, reporting, and operations
• Manage and maintain Pega’s social advocacy platform, ShareHub
• Develop and maintain an analytics framework to measure social media effectiveness and ROI
