Description
Define and advise on social media content strategies, including campaign goals, channel selection, content types, and KPIs. Oversee and review post copy created by other specialists to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with designers to produce visual content such as images, videos, and infographics. Manage scheduling and publishing of posts when required. Monitor and analyse competitor performance using tools like Brandwatch and Emplify. Set up and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Conduct A/B testing and report findings to Business Partners. Track and report campaign performance based on defined KPIs. Govern access to social media channels and Ads Managers, ensuring proper billing and security. Identify and manage social media crises in collaboration with PR and Legal teams. Build customer personas and social profiles to inform content strategies. Identify influencers and propose collaborative strategies to support campaign goals. Deliver training sessions on social media best practices, social selling, and personal branding. Mentor junior and experienced specialists on emerging trends and best practices. A professional with 5+ years of experience in social media management or community management, preferably in B2B environments. Holds a BA degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in MS Office applications and social media tools. Creative, organised, and able to work under pressure. Experienced in delivering presentations and collaborating across global teams.
