The Comms Capture team is responsible for Gong's core data – the data pipeline that ingests and capture customer’s interactions from external communication systems (emails, calendars, phone/web conferencing calls, texts). These pipelines are online, are used by all of the company's customers, and forms the basis for a wide range of Gong's products.

NOTE: This position is a hybrid-based role (Dublin office 3 days a week and remote 2 days)

• Dive into core, complex, large-scale backend systems.
• Understand how to implement new features, enhance existing capabilities, and resolve issues within a live, massive system without negatively impacting customers.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain integration infrastructure, enabling third-party applications to seamlessly connect with Gong and extend its functionality.
• Build generic, modular API interfaces that support a wide range of future use cases, ensuring flexibility and reusability.
