• Strategic Alignment: Comprehend corporate strategy and business goals to identify the best software solutions for the organization.
• Architectural Design & Vision: Define and implement high-quality, scalable, and secure software architecture that aligns with business and technical objectives.
• Solution Evaluation: Evaluate, identify, and suggest software solutions that improve performance, security, and maintainability.
• Leadership & Implementation: Lead software implementation projects, ensuring effective execution from planning to deployment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their software needs and translate them into product requirements.
• ERP Implementation: Lead and support ERP application implementations, including planning, business needs analysis, process mapping, documentation, and data conversion.
• Technical Expertise: Apply a broad understanding of coding and programming languages to architectural decisions.
• Database Management: Experience in database design and data modelling to ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that architectural solutions comply with security standards and industry best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
§ Extensive experience as a Senior Software Architect or in a similar leadership role.
§ Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions.
§ Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or others.
§ Hands-on experience with database design and data modeling.
§ Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems implementation and integration.
§ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance trade-offs in technical and business decisions.
§ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and development teams.
