WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be based in our Brussels office as part of our Wave team. Wave is part of McKinsey Transformation, a growth platform that provides organizations with the ability to unlock potential through holistic, enduring, large-scale transformations.
Wave equips clients to successfully manage improvement programs and transformations. Focused on business impact, Wave allows clients to track the impact of individual initiatives and understand how they affect longer term goals.

We are looking for team members who are excited about the scale and scope of impact to readily drive organizational change. As a Senior Software Delivery Analyst, you will partner with leadership teams to deploy Wave, advise clients on best practices, and help them achieve holistic impact. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with a wide array of clients across industries and will have access to McKinsey’s world class training programs and experts to develop deep Transformation expertise and best-in-class business acumen. You’ll work with a variety of colleagues (development, service delivery, management, client development) across Europe, India, US and beyond. You will be serving clients in EMEA region.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/graduate degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in the field of IT, consulting and/or business intelligence
• Project management experience with large cloud implementation programs such as SaaS
• Experience working with client service, project management and change management
• Very strong problem-solving skills
• Independent self-management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to carry out multiple tasks or projects in parallel
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable with risk taking and ambiguity
• Strong oral and written communication skills to present complex value propositions to senior client executives, participate in challenging problem-solving sessions, and train clients
• Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French both written and verbal
• Ability to travel occasionally
