We are looking for 1-2 experienced Senior Software Designers to join our team in Oulu. In this role, you will work on ERP system development tasks, handle support requests with your team and participate in weekly meetings as part of a larger international team, discussing system development, customer needs, and new support requests that may involve implementing new functionalities. You have experience designing and implementing large-scale software solutions and a strong understanding of industrial order-to-delivery processes. You have SQL database skills working with technologies such as Delphi, C#, ASP.NET, or Visual Studio. You thrive in customer interactions, possess excellent communication skills, and genuinely desire to take responsibility and support your team.

What we are looking for

• Relevant technical education (e.g., IT specialist, business IT, or engineering degree)
• Strong database expertise (Oracle PL/SQL or another SQL-based solution)
• Proficiency in a front-end development language (e.g., Delphi, C# .NET)
• Customer-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn
• Solution-oriented and development-focused mindset
• Problem-solving skills and strong teamwork abilities
• Fluent English skills (Finnish is a plus
