Analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions, suggesting innovative approaches where appropriate. Identify technical risks and proactively implement solutions. Mentor peers, participate in code reviews, and foster knowledge sharing across the team. Collaborate across teams to improve development processes and adopt best practices. Contribute to Agile ceremonies for prioritization, estimation, and retrospectives. Promote the use of design patterns and software engineering best practices. Degree or diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience. Proven experience supporting and mentoring junior to intermediate developers. Strong proficiency in relational databases and SQL optimization. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and source control software. Comfortable working in Agile product development frameworks. Ability to communicate technical details effectively and deliver solutions aligned with requirements. Experience improving and maintaining code for large datasets and high-volume applications.
