Description

Responsibilities: Support operational and ticket-driven activities, with a primary focus on identifying, analyzing, and remediating security vulnerabilities (Synk) across banking applications rather than developing new features. Contribute to the organization's GitHub migration initiative by standardizing CI/CD pipelines, implementing security controls, and establishing operational practices using GitHub and GitHub Actions. Enhance system observability by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, while reducing operational overhead through automation and self-service capabilities. Modernize legacy applications to meet the bank’s current technology, security, compliance, and operational standards. Collaborate closely with Development Platform and Security teams to drive the consistent adoption of DevOps, security, and operational best practices across products and services. Develop and maintain automation tools, reusable workflows, and operational processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and consistency across application teams. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve the overall developer and operational experience.
