As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our services, We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer / Business Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and leading development initiatives from concept to deployment Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and gather detailed functional and technical requirements Translate business needs into technical specifications and system designs Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability Support system integrations and data analysis initiatives Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in software development Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering Strong knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, etc.) Experience with databases (MSSQL) and system integrations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise-level applications Knowledge of cloud platforms Experience with API design and microservices architecture Understanding of data modeling and reporting tools Competitive remuneration package Health and Life Insurance Plan Friendly and challenging working environment Why Work at Village Roadshow Village Roadshow offers a collaborative and forward-thinking workplace culture that values innovation, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration.
