We are looking for a top-tier all-around developer with at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, who has hands-on expertise in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue, and strong backend and infrastructure development skills. You will be joining the team responsible for building the first prototypes for Planck’s SaaS products, working closely with a product manager and our customers to solve real business challenges. The ideal candidate is a strong, fast and professional engineer who is both independent and collaborative, with a can-do attitude and a deep commitment to building cutting-edge agentic systems. You should be passionate about how software should be written these days, developing super fast by using AI development platforms such as Claude Code, take pride in delivering advanced services even if they are “just at a POC level”, and above all - care deeply about creating outstanding user experiences that drive value for customers. Requirements What should you have? 5+ Years of hands-on experience as an all-around developer: At least a bit of front end, lots of backend, some devops, and some infrastructure Knowledge and some experience in one of the common frontend frameworks - React, Angular or Vue Experience with either Python, NodeJS, Java, C#, Golang, Scala Experience in building production services from scratch, from idea, through implementation, APIs, devops and the front end / admin pages for the users/admins Strong technical design experience, capable of architecting complex features and components Experience in Data and/or Machine Learning – a must If you can spin up an ElasticSearch docker, fetch and parse our job postings website, index them in that ES, and run a query to select the posting of this specific position – all in a single bash/zsh one-liner – then you’ve found your next workplace – speak to us!
