Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented, creative, innovative, and results-driven (Senior) Software Developer (f/m/d), who act as technical leader for agile engineering practices and is enthusiastic to contribute to SAPs sustainability portfolio.

As a (Senior) Software Developer (f/m/d) within the SAP Sustainability Integration Development team you will:

  • Be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing complete, very complex end-to-end software parts for the integration of SAP S/4HANA with Sustainability solutions
  • Actively contribute to the whole product lifecycle (Backlog definition, software specification, software design, implementation, quality assurance, delivery, and maintenance)
  • Work in an agile development environment which requires to be self-driven, to take decisions independently as well as to be very flexible.
  • Identify problems within the current architecture, create a plan and lead the delivery of the technical changes needed to solve them.
  • Multiply software engineering best practices across development teams.
  • Mentor other software developers and help them to improve their technical skills.
  • Align with other teams and agree on interfaces for the integration and gain knowledge about other technologies.
