• Negotiate with stakeholders and clarify specifications for the software.
• Negotiate change requests from the clients.
• Coordinate interactions with dependency module team.
• Review code written by SW developers.
• Report bug-fixing statistics to MTCK.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to the team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
